Types of elk leather

Seda Elk

Aniline dyed leather at its most natural with superior softness and durability. Limited availability. Thickness 0.7 – 2.4 mm. Suitable for luxury garments and footwear.

Premium Elk

A very soft semi-aniline leather with a grain typical to elk. Limited availability. Thickness 0.7 – 2.4 mm. Suitable for garments and footwear that require softness and durability.

Classic Elk

A grained and economic leather for a variety of uses. Thickness 0.7 – 2.4 mm.

Reverse Elk

A through-dyed, water resistant elk suede suitable for shoes and boating accessories. Thickness 1.4 – 2.4 mm.

Glove-Grade Elk

Unfinished leather suitable for work gloves, for example. It can also be treated to be heat resistant. Thickness 1.3 – 1.5 mm. In black, white or yellow.

Elk Splits

Natural split leather suitable for gloves, work gloves, work wear and boating accessories. It can be treated to be heat resistant, in which case it can be used in protective gloves, for example. Thickness 1.5 mm.
